Add plant food to water (purified is best)and fill ZEN GARDEN â„¢ from the top until a slight run-off goes to the bottom catchment tray.Every few months leach out salts in grow media with purified water or CLEAREX â„¢ brand salt leaching solution.
The cut flower stabilizer option does not utilize any grow media.Place cut flowers or lucky bamboo through the slits in the cut flower stabilizer to support the plants.
Add water, plant food, cut flower longevity formula, and fill Zen Garden until slight run-off goes to catchment tray.Top off as needed with water.Change solution every flower change or every 3 –4 weeks when growing lucky Bamboo.

The AERO MACHINE â„¢ utilizes a high output pump and microjets to deliver a highly oxygenated spray of nutrient solution to the bare roots of plants.The plants are grown in net baskets containing a plastic rootguard lid to block out light to the net basket and the nutrient solution. The net basket sits in a hole drilled out in the AERO MACHINE â„¢ lid. The lid contains a knob to allow easy inspection of the root zone by lifting the lid. The AERO 4 and AERO 6 lids have four legs to lift the lid and the plants out of the AERO MACHINE â„¢ and set them next to the tub so as not to damage the sensitive roots. For a small increase in cost, growers can also utilize expanded clay grow rock in the net baskets for added plant support, and stability.
Aeroponics is one of the fastest plant cultivation methods for growing vegetables, herbs, flowers and houseplants due to the high level of dissolved oxygen delivered to the root zone. Plants will achieve an increase in water and nutrient uptake over conventional soil gardening methods. Simply add cloning solution to water, place cutting in the Rootguard neoprene collar and place in the 2 inch pot.American Agritech also suggests using a cloning solution and fungicide with the CLONE MACHINE â„¢ reservoir.Operate the machine for 24 hour periods until roots appear (3 -10 days).
